TERMS OF USE FOR LAUNDROMAT SELF-SERVICE LAUNDROMATS.
Self-service laundromats LAUNDROMAT are intended for washing and drying laundry. It is prohibited to stay in LAUNDROMAT self-service laundromats if you are not washing or drying laundry.
Reservations are not available in LAUNDORMAT self-service laundromats. The devices in the LAUNDROMAT self-service laundromats are used on a first-come, first-served basis.
It is prohibited to wash and dry the following in LAUNDROMAT self-service laundromats:
sandy or muddy clothing or textile items;
clothing or textile items from which large dirt particles may detach;
clothing or textile items from which loosely attached parts may detach, such as buttons or glitter;
pet textiles;
rugs;
rubber products and textiles with rubber elements.
It is not permitted to use your own washing, softening, bleaching, or other cleaning agents in LAUNDROMAT self-service laundromats. High-quality laundry detergents and fabric softeners are added automatically in LAUNDORMAT washing machines, and their use is included in the washing price.
Before using a LAUNDROMAT washing machine or dryer, make sure of the condition of the appliance and check whether another customer's clothing has been left inside it. LAUNDROMAT is not responsible for damage to or discoloration of your clothing.
Do not exceed the maximum permissible weight indicated on the LAUNDROMAT washing machine and dryer you have selected.
Carry out washing and drying in accordance with the instructions found on the labels of the clothing being washed. LAUNDROMAT is not responsible for defects or damage to clothing if you have not selected the appropriate washing or drying program for your clothing.
Do not use LAUNDROMAT dryers if the label on your clothing indicates that it cannot be dried in a tumble dryer, or if the clothing label has not been preserved and you do not have information on whether the clothing may be dried in a tumble dryer.
Do not use LAUNDROMAT washing machines if the label on the clothing being washed indicates that it cannot be washed in a washing machine, or if the clothing label has not been preserved and you do not have information on whether the clothing may be washed in a washing machine.
Do not leave your clothing unattended while it is being washed or dried in LAUNDROMAT self-service laundromats. LAUNDROMAT self-service laundromats are not responsible for your clothing left unattended.
If the washing or drying program has finished, remove your clothing from the LAUNDROMAT washing machine or dryer immediately. If you have not emptied the washing machine or dryer of your clothing after the program has ended, your clothing may be removed by other LAUNDROMAT customers who need to use the LAUNDROMAT devices. LAUNDROMAT is not responsible for your clothing left unattended.
Do not crowd, keep your distance and do not disturb other LAUNDROMAT self-service laundromat customers.
The consumption of food and drinks brought with you is not allowed in LAUNDROMAT self-service laundromats.
Maintain order and cleanliness in LAUNDROMAT self-service laundromats. Collect the waste you have generated.
The laundry baskets of LAUNDROMAT self-service laundromats are intended solely for use within LAUNDROMAT premises, and taking them outside LAUNDROMAT premises is not permitted.
Video surveillance is carried out in LAUNDROMAT self-service laundromats.
Please note that if your selected washing or drying program is not yet completed before the end of LAUNDROMAT self-service laundromat opening hours, you will have the opportunity to finish washing or drying, but do not start a new program after closing time.

Customer card and app wallet balance. Funds deposited into the Laundromat customer card or the Girbau Sapphire Laundry Pay app wallet are prepayment for the use of Laundromat services and may be used only to pay for Laundromat services. Deposited and unused funds are not refunded, paid out in cash, or transferred to the customer's bank account, except in cases specified by the regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia. Bonus funds granted additionally within the framework of promotions, discount codes, or other offers are not considered funds deposited by the customer, are not exchangeable for money, and are not refunded or paid out in cash. Bonus funds may be used only to pay for Laundromat services in accordance with the terms of the respective offer. By topping up the Laundromat customer card or the Girbau Sapphire Laundry Pay app wallet, the customer confirms that they have read these terms and agree to them.
